SwasthyaPlus

During the Vibrant Gujarat Hackathon 2023, I served as a full-stack developer on a multidisciplinary team that developed SwasthyaPlus, an innovative mental health app designed to provide users with valuable insights into their mental well-being based on their daily routines and activities. The app leverages machine learning (ML) algorithms to offer personalized mental health advice and support.

Key Contributions:

  1. ML Algorithm Implementation:
    • Designed and implemented machine learning algorithms in the backend to analyze daily routine data. This included data on sleep patterns, exercise, diet, and social interactions.
    • Developed predictive models to assess users' mental health status and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.
  2. User-Friendly Interface Development:
    • Created a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily input their daily routine data. The interface was designed with simplicity and usability in mind, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Integrated data visualization tools to present analysis results in an intuitive and accessible manner, helping users understand their mental health trends over time.
  3. Collaboration and Integration:
    • Worked closely with a multidisciplinary team, including data scientists, designers, and mental health experts, to ensure that the app's functionality was both comprehensive and cohesive.
    • Ensured seamless communication between the frontend and backend, implementing APIs that facilitated smooth data exchange and real-time updates.

Outcome: SwasthyaPlus successfully provided users with actionable insights into their mental health, helping them make informed decisions to improve their well-being. The project received positive feedback for its innovative approach and user-friendly design, showcasing the potential of technology in enhancing mental health care.

Note: This project was presented during the hackathon but, unfortunately, it did not progress further due to rejection from our jury.
